• Delivery to UK addresses: Storks on Standby currently only deliver to UK addresses. Our standard delivery service costs £3.75 for orders up to £75.00. Orders over £75.00 are FREE delivery. We will always try to ensure that you receive your delivery within 5 - 10 working days (Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays), subject to stock availability. However, during very busy periods (e.g Christmas) please allow longer. Orders placed over the weekend will be despatched on Monday. If you have any specific delivery instructions then please ensure you advise us by contacting sales@storksonstandby.co.uk. We will be happy to help in any way we can to ensure a successful delivery that meets your personal requirements and we will contact you to confirm your expected delivery date. Your order will be despatched by either the Royal Mail or more likely by our Courier Service. A signature may be required on delivery. We will hold your order until all items are ready for despatch. If you prefer, we can despatch your goods separately as soon as they become available. Each separate package will be subject to the standard delivery rate.

• A Note on Packaging: Please re-use packaging if you can. Remember too that cardboard (after removing tape) can be recycled as green waste at a local recycling centre or better still as a valuable component of your home compost.
