Where do you deliver to?

Currently we deliver to UK addresses only.

How soon can I expect to receive my goods once I have placed an order?

We will always try to ensure that you receive your delivery within 5 - 10 working days (Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays), subject to stock availability. However, during very busy periods (e.g Christmas) please allow longer. Orders placed over the weekend will be despatched on Monday.

What is your returns / refund policy?

Your customer experience is extremely important to us and we want you to be happy with the products and service that you receive from us. If you are not completely satisfied with the products that you purchase from us please let us know and return them within 7 days in a re-saleable condition and we will refund you in full. If the goods are damaged or faulty please e mail us at sales@storksonstandby.co.uk. Please report any damage in transit within 3 days of receipt. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage for any returned goods. We are not able to refund the cost of postage. Please return your goods to:

What if I want the order delivered to an alternative billing address?

That is fine, our website has the facility for you to select an alternative billing address.

What payment methods do you accept?

Storks on Standby accept payment by Paypal, cheques (UK cheques only)and postal orders. Cheques should be made payable to Storks On Standby Please put your name and address on the back. Please allow several days for your cheque to clear upon which your order will be despatched.

Are the products safety tested?

Yes, all products conform to the relevant safety standards. If you would like any specific information on this area please just let us know.

What if I want a product in a different size or colour?

We are committed to providing you with the best customer service we can and if you find a product you like but would like information on alternative colours or sizes please just let us know and we will investigate for you.

How do I arrange for the product to be sent as a gift?

We have a gift wrapping service available which you can access via the website when you check out. If you have any questions or difficulties using this service please contact us.

If I am not happy with the service that I receive what should I do?

We aim to provide you with excellent customer service. However, if you are not happy with the standard of service you receive please contact us directly.

We are always keen to find out from our customers any information regarding products they are having difficulty in finding. Please just let us know of such products and we will do our best to source them for you. We will always let you know whether or not we have managed to do this.
